Recently Rediscovered Makeup

My makeup collection is a bit of a jumbled mess so I often end up forgetting about things. I'm just generally a bit disorganised and none of my beauty products have a set place, but I really should invest in some sort of storage! I was having a bit of a tidy up and thought I would share a few of the products I've rediscovered!

I seem to hoard eyeliners and have much more than my fair share! I usually rotate them quite often but I've been having a little love affair with my Jane Iredale Basic Black Eye Pencil lately. I do love my grey eyeliners almost as much as black though, so my Beauty Without Cruelty Soft Kohl Pencil in the shade Charcoal Grey has made a comeback as one of my everyday makeup essentials.

The Benecos mascara I reviewed (here) a few weeks ago dried up so I had to rummage through my stash for another. So far I'm quite liking this Essential Care Mascara for a more subtle daytime look. It's definitely the cleanest mascara I've tried as it's made with 100% natural and 88% organic ingredients.

An old favourite of mine is Lily Lolo's Mineral Eyeshadow in the shade Miami Taupe; a neutral shade with a slight shimmer. I don't wear eyeshadow very often and only own a few but I'm going to make an effort to bring this one out more often! Lastly, I found the Jane Iredale Circle\Delete Concealer which I'd completely forgotten about! I have #2 Peach which has two peachy shades you can mix together to help cancel out dark circles. I haven't quite decided if I'm a fan or not yet!

I'll keep you updated with full reviews soon! Have you tried any of these products before?

  1. Miami taupe looks like such a pretty eyeshadow! xx

  2. I have no organisation for my make-up either. To be fair, I don't exactly have a big collection but I'm still a bit jealous of all these loggers who have an amazing storage system! Haha. I'm quite an eyeliner hoarder too even though I don't seem to wear it too much anymore. It used to be a complete staple for me from the ages of about thirteen to twenty-three!
