Recent Empties #3

I've been coming to the end of a fair few products the past few weeks, so of course in true beauty blogger style I've been hoarding the empties to share my final thoughts! It's mostly skincare/body products this time around and just one makeup item!

JASON Unscented Naturally Fresh Deodorant
I wasn't overly impressed with this deodorant, but for me personally it did an alright job! I don't use deodorant every day (TMI?!) and I hardly sweat to be honest so it's not hard for a deodorant to work well for me, but if you sweat a moderate amount you'd most likely be better off with something stronger like Schmidt's (review here) or Soapwalla (review here). I won't be repurchasing this unscented one, but for the £4.99 price I might consider trying one of the scented versions.

Angela Langford Clean Sweep Cleansing Balm* (reviewed here)
I really liked this cleansing balm and it always left my skin looking calmer and feeling soft. It's a really high quality product made with 98% organic ingredients. As much as I like this balm, I don't think I will be repurchasing as I do like to try out different cleansing balms!

This was another one of the gifts that the awesome Liz from wellmeaningbeing got me in the S/S green beauty swap. I love Deep Steep products, especially as their scents are always exactly how you'd imagine! I'll definitely be getting more body washes from this brand in future.

Lulu & Boo Lavender & Bergamot Bath Soak & Body Wash*
I love Lulu & Boo's labeling design but I wasn't crazy about this product itself to be honest. Lavender and citrus scents are favourites of mine, but I'm not keen on this particular blend as it also has cinnamon and ylang ylang. I never tried it out as a bath soak, but my other half really liked this as a body wash and he happily used up the whole bottle!

These two Bodhi & Birch travel size bottles came in a SoukSouk box a while ago. I was actually quite surprised that I really liked both of these scents as they're unique and luxurious aromatherapy blends. Mint Thé is still my favourite Shower Therapy, but these are perfect for a spa-like treat and would make great gifts!

Another Bodhi & Birch product! This body scrub has received so much praise in the green beauty world and it's easy to see why. I've said in my review before it's not my favourite scent, but when it leaves your skin baby soft after every use it's hard not to love this super luxurious scrub!

I actually finished this quite a while ago now but didn't get around to throwing it out as I love the frosted purple glass - I think I might re-purpose the jar somehow! This body butter feels really luxurious, yet still has a much more affordable price point compared to other brands. This particular body butter was a bit too heavy for my skin personally, but it would be perfect for dry skin. I have my eye on a few other products from the TEWC range to try in future!

Last but not least, the Benecos mascara that I finished off soon after reviewing! It's one of those love/hate products as it's horrendous to use at first, but once it dries out a bit after a few weeks it works great. The only problem with that method is you only end up with about 3 weeks of actual use before it completely dries up! Even so it's one of the most affordable natural mascaras out there so I'll definitely be picking it up again.

Have you tried any of these products before?
