Lyonsleaf Beauty Balm

Lysonsleaf are one of those brands that just seems to get everything right! Based right here in the UK, founders Ben and Vicky Lyons have developed a range of natural skincare products with waterless formulas to negate the need for harsh preservatives. You can really tell how passionate they are through the wealth of information available on their website and their selective ingredients policy. I also think it's brilliant that Lyonsleaf use a number of ingredients grown at their own farm!

I've been testing out their 100% Natural Beauty Balm* for about 6 weeks now and it's become a firm favourite in my routine. Multi-purpose balms like this are a must-have in any skincare collection! I'm a big fan of oil based cleansing so I've mostly been using this for an evening cleanse and removing with a warm cloth/flannel. I love how this balm has an instant soothing effect and always leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated.

Considering this balm is made up of rich nourishing oils, it's suitable for all skin types and feels surprisingly light on the skin, sinking in quickly without that greasy residue you can get with some balms. The jar might be small and compact (55ml), but a little really goes a long way so it will last a decent amount of time! I can definitely see why this product won silver award in the Free From Skincare Awards this year! At a very reasonable price of £12.95, it's great value and I highly recommend trying it out for yourself if you haven't already. I know it won't be long until I try some more Lyonsleaf products - the Healing Calendula Cream in particular sounds like something I'd love!

Have you tried any Lyonsleaf products before?
